This exciting opportunity is for an experienced Apartment Hotel Manager or Management Couple to oversee the daily operations of our busy apartment hotel in Launceston.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of guest service and satisfaction are consistently delivered.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing all daily operations of the apartment hotel, including reception, housekeeping, maintenance, and guest relations.
* Overseeing the recruitment, training, scheduling and management of the hotel team.
* Driving occupancy and revenue through effective marketing, pricing and yield management strategies.
* Maintaining brand standards and ensuring the property is well-presented at all times.
* Developing and implementing policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency.
* Managing budgets and financial reporting for the hotel.
* Identifying and addressing maintenance and repair issues to maintain the property.
* Providing exceptional customer service and handling guest enquiries, feedback and complaints.
Requirements
The ideal candidate has extensive experience in hospitality management, with a solid understanding of property operations in the serviced apartment and hotel sector.
They bring creativity, a proactive approach, and a coaching leadership style, focusing on employee growth and development.
A genuine passion for hospitality, calmness under pressure, and a sharp eye for detail in facility, service, and product delivery are essential.
For couples or management teams, at least one member should have strong maintenance experience, ensuring facilities are kept to the highest standard and any issues are resolved promptly.
