Receptionist – Head Office, Condell Park (relocating to Villawood)
Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 8:00am–4:00pm.
Salary: $60,000 base salary plus superannuation.
Key Responsibilities
* Answer phone calls, transfer calls, and take messages accurately.
* Greet visitors, clients and employees professionally and friendly.
* Maintain office supplies as needed.
* Assist with printing tasks and other general administrative duties.
* Support accounts team with data entry and accounts payable.
* Organise ad‐hoc duties such as staff meetings and morning tea sessions.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
* Minimum 2 years of customer support or receptionist experience.
* Experience in accounts payable.
* Energetic, enthusiastic, and a strong attention to detail.
* Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
* Robust time management with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
