Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Head of Sales professional to manage our ANZ sales function and drive business growth in target markets.
This role requires leveraging extensive sales experience and strategic thinking to plan and achieve company goals. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in senior SaaS sales roles, with a strong understanding of the EdTech, LMS, or HR Tech industry.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
* Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented sales culture.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, providing insights and solutions to meet their needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Proven track record of at least 3-5 years in a Senior SaaS sales role.
* At least 3 years of experience leading and managing a business development function.
* Deep understanding of the EdTech, LMS, or HR Tech industry.
* Strong strategic planning and execution skills, with the ability to drive measurable results.
* Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
