* 6-Month New Graduate Program
Salary: $75,000 - $95,000 + Super

* Gradual increase of billable targets over 12 weeks, building up to 4.35 hours per day (3-4 clients)
* Caseload tailored to your interests (option to work with private clients only)
* Work flexibility with control over start/finish times; option for an 8 or 9-day fortnight
* $4000 professional development allowance annually
* Weekly supervision with a Senior Occupational Therapist
* Career coaching support to achieve professional goals
* Extensive onboarding and induction, including work shadowing for the first 2 weeks
* Travel allowance: 96c per km, reimbursed each pay period
* Potential to earn up to $8400 annually in additional bonuses for meeting billable targets
* Access to senior clinical support via online messaging (Microsoft Teams, WhatsApp)

About the Role
You will travel to NDIS and private clients' homes and schools, or conduct telehealth assessments. Responsibilities include creating evidence-based therapy plans, taking progress notes, and writing reports.

Requirements
* Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
* AHPRA registration
