Key Role Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Department Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and key performance indicators, coaching and developing the team, and maintaining visual standards.

The successful candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in retail or a related industry. They will be passionate about creating an exceptional customer experience and culture. The role requires excellent communication skills, time management, and ability to drive results.
Main Responsibilities
1. Drive conversion, sales, and KPI performance.
2. Demonstrate exceptional customer service standards and supervise the team to deliver a 'service over task' environment.
3. Work with the back-of-house team to deliver shop floor product availability.
4. Uphold company retail standards and deliver store visual excellence.
5. SUPPORT MANAGEMENT TEAM TO DELIVER ALL INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL PROFIT PROTECTION PROCESSES.
6. SUPPORT WITH NEW TEAM MEMBERS INDUCTIONS AND ON-GOING TRAINING TO BUILD BENCH STRENGTH FOR FUTURE STORE EXPANSION.
7. ENCOURAGE TEAM MEMBERS TO IMPROVE PERFORMANCE THROUGH EFFECTIVE COACHING.
Requirements
