We're seeking a driven Business Development Manager to lead market growth for an innovative Sensor Solutions portfolio across Oceania.
This is a territory-owned, autonomous role focused on building strategic partnerships, opening new markets, and driving revenue through partner and enterprise channels.
Key Responsibilities
* Own regional pipeline, revenue, and customer growth
* Develop and execute go-to-market strategies
* Build partnerships with integrators, consultants, and enterprise customers
* Identify and develop new business opportunities
* Deliver product demos and Proof of Concepts
* Provide market feedback to influence product direction
About You
* Proven experience in BDM / territory sales within technology or solutions-based selling
* Ideally background in selling sensor-based security and monitoring solutions
* Strong partner and enterprise engagement experience
* Confident presenting to technical and executive audiences
* Self-motivated with a growth mindset
* Willing to travel
* Australian citizenship required
