We aim to be Carbon Neutral by 2030.About the roleWe are looking for someone that is excited about the below Mission and Outcomes over the next 6-12 months.Mission: Lead the inbound Sales team for Sleek in AU to enable high-performance, engagement and scalability while closing new clients and owning targets.Outcomes: Increase the Team’s Lead Conversion Rate by +20% and New Customers Average Order Value by +30% (sales-driven new customers) through improvement of lead management, pitch framework, and team coaching.Reduce variance of performance - 100% of account executives achieve minimum performance threshold every month.Responsibilities:Inbound Sales Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team. Share feedback and tactics empathetically, coaching on pitching skills & ensuring adherence to the pitch framework.Own performance: Monitor daily/weekly/monthly performance to identify gaps early and drive corrective actions.Sales Operations: Maintain a clear pipeline in HubSpot, ensure timely and accurate reporting, and leverage AI to automate low-value tasks.Business Reporting & Forecast: Collaborate with Data & CRM teams to own accurate performance reporting, pipeline management, and forecasting.Sell: Personally handle high-value leads (~20% of time), achieving top benchmark CVR & AOV.Identify & share opportunities in pricing, packaging, upsell.Provide feedback to Marketing for lead quality improvement.Manage the sales commission process to ensure fairness and motivation.Minimum of 5 years sales experience in Australia as an individual contributor and 3 years managing sales teams is required.Recent inbound sales experience, preferably in B2B or SaaS, is highly desirable. Last roles held for at least 18 months are preferred.You should be a native English speaker located near Sydney, with easy access to the office three days a week.Behavioral attributes include ownership, humility, structured thinking, active listening, data-driven decision-making, and the ability to have tough conversations positively.Interview processThe process includes an introductory call, meetings with senior leadership, reference checks, and background screening, expected to last no more than 3 weeks.Interviews may be conducted via video or in person, depending on your location.Benefits include being part of a B-Corp, health & wellness allowance, work-from-anywhere policy, and ongoing training opportunities.
