Summary:
Responsible for the maintenance and sanitation of service operations.
Essential Responsibilities and Duties:
Transport food & beverage products, equipment, and furniture to and from dining and storage areas.
Maintain effective working relationships and provide excellent guest service with all team members and guests.
Clean dishware, all production equipment, and floors.
Remove trash from work areas.
Assist in replenishing/restocking buffet and side stations.
Assist in receiving and storing food products.
Maintain general dining and storage areas.
Assist other team members as needed.
Keep the kitchen area clean.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Mandatory Requirements:
Must be at least 16 years old with a valid work permit.
Complete Food Handler or ServSafe certification or provide proof of current certification.
Effective communication skills with supervisors and team members.
Present a clean, well-groomed appearance and wear the uniform.
Cooperative and friendly attitude.
Ability to obtain a valid gaming license.
Pass a mandatory drug test.
Provide evidence of employment eligibility in the U.S.
Proficient in English and able to follow directions.
Physical Demands:
Must be physically capable of performing all job requirements.
Ability to lift at least 50 pounds, occasionally more with assistance.
Work around moving machinery, with possible exposure to vibration, dust, gas, steam, or chemicals.
Work Environment:
Work in a non-smoke-free environment.
Work in a noisy environment.
Work outdoors in all weather conditions.
Work all shifts, including weekends, holidays, and during special events.
