Reporting directly to the Head of Digital, you will be a critical driver of our agency's growth. This is a senior, high-impact role where you will:
* Deliver Complex Campaigns: Take a full-service, multi-channel approach to building robust digital ecosystems.
* Be the Technical Authority: Act as the go-to expert for troubleshooting and strategy across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok Ads.
* Lead & Innovate: Inspire the consulting team, help recruit new talent, and contribute to the R&D of new digital products and AI-driven processes.
* Manage High-Value Accounts: Foster productive relationships with Australia's leading brands, acting as their primary strategic contact.
We are looking for a strategic thinker who dares to dream of audacious goals but has the tactical skills to execute them.
* Experience: 8+ years in performance marketing (agency experience and tertiary qualifications are highly preferred).
* Technical Mastery: Expert-level skills in Google Ads, Meta Ads, Remarketing, and Analytics (GA4/GTM/Looker Studio).
* Holistic Knowledge: A strategic understanding of the broader ecosystem, including SEO, UX, Web Design, and Copywriting.
* Problem-Solving: The ability to respond to complex business challenges with sound judgment and agile decision-making
