The Opportunity
We are seeking a motivated Logistics Coordinator to join the team in Ingleburn on a temp-to-perm basis. Reporting to the Logistics & Production Planning Manager, you will coordinate the delivery of finished goods to key mining customers. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role suited to someone who enjoys problem solving, working autonomously and being part of a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities
* Review job packs and identify finished goods ready for dispatch
* Prepare packing lists, labels and delivery documentation
* Coordinate outbound delivery schedules with internal stakeholders
* Communicate delivery updates across production and logistics teams
* Identify and implement logistics process improvements
You will bring
* Experience in logistics, supply chain or distribution environments
* Current Forklift Licence (essential)
* Practical forklift experience loading/unloading trucks and containers
* Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
* Exposure to technical drawings or CAD (highly regarded)
* Experience in production, manufacturing or fabrication environments (advantageous)
* Full working rights in Australia
