About the Role

This is a dynamic, hands-on leadership role combining restaurant supervision with premium cellar door wine experiences.

You’ll be part of a structured, systems-driven environment where consistency and guest experience matter — playing a key role in both leading service and driving wine engagement and sales.

Key Responsibilities

Restaurant Service Leadership

- Lead service with confidence, professionalism, and strong presence

- Support the Venue Manager with rostering and labour management

- Mentor and guide team members during service

- Maintain and enforce food & beverage service standards

- Oversee service flow, guest satisfaction, and section management

- Ensure high standards in presentation and delivery

- Assist with POS accuracy and daily financial processes

Cellar Door Experience

- Deliver engaging and personalised wine tastings

- Share the story behind each wine in a compelling way

- Drive wine sales and wine club memberships

- Create memorable guest experiences that reflect the brand

About You

- Systems-driven and value structure in delivering excellence

- Passionate about wine (or eager to deepen your knowledge)

- Highly organised with strong attention to detail

- Calm, solutions-focused, and reliable under pressure

- A natural leader who leads by example

- Professional in both presentation and communication

- Motivated to grow and take on more responsibility

Skills & Experience

- 3+ years hospitality experience

- Previous supervisory experience (preferred)

- Strong service and guest engagement skills

- Wine knowledge (highly regarded)

- Current RSA
