About the Role


We're looking for an experienced Finance & Administration Manager (CA or CPA qualified) to take ownership of our finance, office, and HR administration functions, reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer.

This is a hands-on, stand-alone role ideal for someone who enjoys both strategic input and day-to-day accounting detail and office administration.

You'll work closely with our leadership team to ensure strong financial management, efficient operations, and compliance as we continue to grow.

What You'll Do



Finance & Accounting

* Take ownership of budgeting, forecasting, and cash-flow management.
* Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
* Manage accounts payable/receivable, payroll, banking, and tax compliance.
* Partner with external accountants for year-end and statutory reporting.
* Maintain and improve financial processes and reporting in Xero.


Assets, Insurance & Compliance

* Oversee insurance renewals and ensure comprehensive coverage.
* Manage vehicle leases, asset registers, and compliance documentation.


Office & HR Administration

* Ensure smooth office operations and a professional, welcoming environment.
* Manage onboarding, HR records, and compliance.
* Support the COO and leadership team with administration and special projects.


What You Bring

* CA or CPA qualification (essential).
* 5+ years' experience in end-to-end financial management (technology or professional services background ideal).
* Strong knowledge of Australian accounting, tax, and compliance requirements.
* Hands-on experience with Xero.
* Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Enjoy working independently within a small, collaborative team environment.
* Full-time, on-site availability at our North Perth office.
