**Junior HR Advisor**
**Purpose**
Taking in consideration the employment relations responsibilities Dineamic holds, the HR Officer would support all Dineamic departments in regards employment relations, recruitment and selection, organisational culture, performance development, and safety
**Role - Duties & Responsibilities**
- Advice the SLT regarding employment relations and organisational culture.
- Job analysis, organisational structure, position descriptions and respective recruitment and selection.
- Employee recruitment and onboarding.
- Training and development of all aspects within the business.
- Remuneration analysis and design of strategies.
- Organisational culture evaluation, analysis, and planning of strategies to improve organisational culture dimensions as per the analysis.
- Organising counselling or support strategies for employees dealing with professional or personal challenges.
- HR policies development.
- Identification of Safety needs and requirements, development of strategies to increase the safety together with leading and coordinating the safety team.
- Staff succession plan.
- All other duties as required
**Qualifications/ Experience/ Skills**
**Qualifications**:
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resource management, business management or equivalent.
- OHS representative.
Experience
- A minimum of 1-2 years' experience of leadership within a HR capacity, with responsibilities related to employment relations, recruitment and selection, compensation strategies and OHS.
**Skills**:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and Power Point.
- Employment law and industrial relations.
- Deep understanding of the FBTM, Clerks and RGI Awards
- OHS in manufacturing.
- Critical thinking regarding efficiency practices for the HR direct responsibilities as well as other areas of the business.
- Excellent people skills.
- Excellent problem solving and mediation skills.
- Planning and leadership skills to execute role requirements
