We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Civil Engineer to join a well-established consultanant in a permanent, office-based role. This is a fantastic chance to step into an Associate-level, 2IC role, where you'll lead and mentor while still being hands-on with a variety of exciting projects.
The team currently consists of 8 Engineers, Designers and Project Managers and is looking to appoint a senior professional who can provide technical leadership, mentoring, and delivery support.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver detailed civil engineering design across landfill, stormwater, wastewater, and environmental projects
* Lead and review earthworks modelling and civil design
* Produce and check high-quality design documentation using 12D and AutoCAD
* Contribute to project planning, modelling, reporting, and technical governance
* Assist in leading the team, support resourcing, mentoring, and technical decision-making
* Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams in a fully office-based environment
* Ensure compliance with relevant standards, approvals, and environmental requirements
About You
* Degree-qualified Civil Engineer
* 5–12 years' experience in civil engineering design and project delivery
* Strong experience in earthworks modelling across landfill, stormwater, and wastewater projects is highly regarded
* Highly skilled in 12D, AutoCAD
* Proven ability to mentor and lead junior staff
* Practical, delivery-focused mindset with strong communication skills
