Job Role:
Retail Supervisors are key team members who provide exceptional customer service, drive sales growth and achieve targets.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the Store Manager in their absence, motivate and engage the team to grow sales.
* Carry out tasks such as checking deliveries, stocking shelves, cleaning the branch and putting orders together.
* Deliver outstanding customer service with a smile, coaching the team to do the same.
* Develop strong relationships with customers, ensuring they leave the branch with everything needed for the job.
* Maintain high branch standards while creating a fun working environment.
Requirements:
* Hard work and passion - you don't need retail experience, just a focus on delivering great service.
* A love of teamwork - be happy to muck in and get your hands dirty.
* A positive attitude - make sure customers have a great experience.
* Reliability - be there when needed, flexible and fun to be around.
