We're searching for a Sales & Listings Coordinator who thrives under pressure, takes ownership, and understands the ins and outs of real estate from listing to settlement. You'll be the right-hand to a driven, family-focused agent who's serious about results and creating a great culture.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Own the process from listing to settlement – keep everything on track and compliant
* Liaise with vendors – from listing presentations to post-settlement wrap-ups
* Manage compliance and marketing – nothing gets past you
* Coordinate VAs – streamline workflows and get the job done smarter
* Work closely with the sales associate and lead agent
* Ensure every listing looks and feels like a premium campaign
What We're Looking For:
* Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate or similar high-level admin role
* Proven ability to manage the sales journey and drive outcomes
* COR & car essential
* Experience with AgentBox & RP Data
* A proactive mindset – we don't micromanage here
* Someone who can think ahead, problem-solve, and never let the ball drop
