A Global Leader in MedTech - our client is in search of their next superstar Regional Sales Manager based in VICTORIA to lead their Sports Medicine team. We are seeking a seasoned Orthopaedic sales professional with successful leadership experience, strong business acumen and clinical expertise to join a high-performing team. **The Role**:
- Mentor and motivate a team of orthopaedic territory managers to drive growth in the VIC, and achieve overall sales goals
- Develop and implement sales strategies to grow the companies' business in the market
- Build and maintain ties with key accounts, organizations, and surgeons to strengthen the brand and takes advantage of potential opportunities for innovative solutions
- Coordination of local professional educational events
- Strategic procedural support and occasional case coverage, maintaining a high level of technical and financial communication with customers
**About YOU**:
- An experienced Orthopaedic leader OR Seasoned orthopaedic medical sales representative striving for the next managerial role
- **MUST have experience in orthopaedics (sports medicine preferable)**:
- Has excellent leadership qualities, able to gain fellowship to meet growing market demands.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain excellent engagement with customers and/or stakeholders
- Demonstrate strong commercial acumen with clinical knowledge and expertise in Orthopaedics
- Tertiary qualifications in science, health, or business-related field
**Remuneration and Benefits**:
- Up to $230k OTE (base + car + commissions) + super
- Excellent company benefits
