Advanced Temporary Fencing is one of South East Queensland’s leading suppliers of temporary fencing and event infrastructure, supporting high-profile sporting, music, and public events.
We’re now creating a new Event Operations Manager – SEQ role to take full ownership of our Events division in the state.
This is a senior, hands-on role with responsibility for divisional performance, growth, and client delivery. You’ll manage operational planning, client relationships, and on-site event execution — with full accountability for results.
What You’ll Do
* Own the Events division in SEQ — revenue, margin, and delivery
* Manage and grow key client relationships
* Oversee event planning, logistics, staffing, and safety
* Attend events to manage setup, execution, and pack-down
* Lead operational teams and coordinate suppliers
* Introduce and integrate traffic control services alongside events
* Represent the division at industry events
About You
* Proven operational experience in events, equipment hire, or related industries
* Commercially minded — understands cost, margin, and business performance
* Confident leading teams and delivering operational outcomes
* Highly organised with ability to manage multiple live projects
* Have traffic management operational experience
* Hands-on and willing to attend events as required
* Strong communicator and client-focused
* Experience managing projects from concept to completion
