We're excited to offer a fantastic full-time, permanent opportunity for an experienced and motivated Senior Storeperson to join our Innisfail team.
What you'll do:
Reporting to the Branch Manager, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient day to day operation of the warehouse. This is a varied, hands on role that will see you involved in all aspects of warehouse operations, including:
* Managing stock, including picking and packing orders
* Receiving, dispatching, and delivering goods
* Overseeing inventory control and stock accuracy
* Operating a forklift
* Loading and unloading trucks
* Preparing orders for delivery
* Processing counter sales
* Completing general administrative tasks related to warehouse operations
* Upholding and championing workplace health and safety practices
* Performing other duties as required to support the branch
What you'll bring:
To be successful in this role, you'll have experience working in a fast paced warehouse or team support environment, along with a genuine enthusiasm for Australian agriculture. You'll also bring:
* Previous warehouse experience
* A proactive approach with strong organisational and time management skills
* Excellent attention to detail
* Clear communication skills to support strong internal teamwork and customer relationships
* A valid driver's licence and current forklift licence (essential)
