We are seeking a highly organized and solutions-focused administrator to provide high-level support across various operational and customer service functions.
This role will be the first point of contact for families and stakeholders, responding with empathy, professionalism, and a can-do attitude. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing staff appointments, coordinating resources, generating and analyzing data, preparing reports, managing shared inboxes, and supporting onboarding and WHS activities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support to various teams and stakeholders.
* Manage and coordinate staff appointments, meetings, and events.
* Generate and analyze data to inform business decisions.
* Prepare accurate and timely reports for management.
* Manage shared inboxes and respond to customer inquiries.
* Support onboarding and WHS activities for new employees.
Requirements:
* At least 5 years' experience in a fast-paced administrative role.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Confidence using Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and CRM systems.
* Proven ability to analyze data and prepare accurate reports.
* Strong time management, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
* A collaborative approach and proactive mindset.
