About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Team Assistant to provide administrative, project and financial reporting support to our engineering teams. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong background in office administration, financial processes, ideally within a technical, engineering, or consultancy environment.
The successful candidate will have at least 3 years' experience in a similar role and be confident managing a variety of administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support to engineering and management teams.
* Prepare and format reports, tenders, and technical documents.
* Manage invoicing, purchase orders, and financial tracking.
* Maintain document control systems and shared project files.
* Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
* Coordinate meetings, events, and office resources.
* Handle confidential information with discretion.
About You
* Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar administrative role ideally within the Engineering or construction industry.
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially excel).
* Experience with management systems or ERP platforms - SharePoint.
* Experience with invoicing and financial administration.
* Experience managing a job costing system.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proactive, reliable, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
* Familiarity with engineering terminology and project workflows (desirable).
* A motivated, driven, and reliable individual who can work well independently and as part of a team.
