We're expanding our team and have an opportunity for a Graduate Environmental Engineer, to join us on the beautiful Sunshine Coast. This role is perfect for someone eager to launch a long-term career in civil construction while learning from highly experienced industry leaders.
Working closely with our Project delivery team, you'll gain invaluable hands-on experience supporting major water and sewerage capital works projects.

What you'll be doing
* Review and provide advice on environmental impact assessments
* Contribute to environmental management plans
* Assist with audits on environmental compliance
* Review and provide advice on Cultural Heritage considerations
* Attending planning meetings, recording minutes, and tracking follow-ups
* Assisting with reports, permits and technical documentation.
* Join site inspections to gain practical exposure
* Liaising with stakeholders across the business and external partners
* Contributing to quality assurance and compliance processes

What you'll bring
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Environmental )
* Some experience/ exposure in civil construction is advantageous but not essential
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* Confident communicator with solid interpersonal skills
* Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
* A safety-first mindset
* Current driver's licence
