4x4 and Outdoor operate a number of automotive accessory brands including the under construction IRONMAN 4x4 store in Springwood as well as TJM 4x4 Equipped in Underwood.
We currently have roles available for Sales Professionals and a Sales Manager in the Springwood area.
About The Roles
As a Sales Professional you will work with an in-store team to provide our customers with a first class experience throughout their buying journey. You will need to have:
- A passion for 4x4 vehicles and the industry as a whole
- A desire to develop and maintain relationships to sustain your Customer base
- Confidence in demonstrating features and benefits of the products we sell
- To have great communication skills and an approachable manner
- To have a strong record of working cohesively in a team while being target driven
- A current and clean Driver's Licence
The full-time 4x4 Accessory Sales Manager role is an exciting opportunity to join our team. You will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team, driving revenue growth, and ensuring exceptional customer service. As an experienced sales professional, you will leverage your expertise in the 4x4 accessory industry to help our customers find the perfect products for their vehicles
- Manage and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer experiences
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Work closely with the Workshop Manager to ensure customers needs are met
- Provide expert product knowledge and advice to customers, helping them find the right 4x4 accessories for their needs
- Maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and manufacturers to ensure a diverse and competitive product range
- Monitor and report on sales performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing data-driven strategies
- Foster a positive, collaborative team culture and provide coaching and development opportunities for the sales team
