About the role
Civic Outdoor is seeking an enthusiastic Marketing Coordinator to join our team in Hawthorn, VIC. In this full-time role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our marketing initiatives and contributing to the company's overall marketing strategy.
What you'll be doing
* Coordinating the planning and implementation of marketing campaigns and promotional activities
* Assisting with the creation and distribution of marketing collateral, including social media content, email newsletters, and print materials
* Monitoring and reporting on the performance of marketing campaigns, analysing data to identify areas for improvement
* Providing administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings and managing project timelines
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and alignment across the organisation
What we're looking for
* 1-2 years of experience in a marketing or communications role, preferably in a similar industry
* Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail
* Proficiency in using marketing tools and software, such as social media platforms, email marketing tools, and analytics software
* Comfortable using creative platforms (Adobe Suite or Canva) to produce polished, on-brand marketing materials.
* A proactive, collaborative, and adaptable approach to work, with a passion for marketing and creating engaging content
* Australian work authorisation is required for this position
