About the Opportunity
In this role you will be providing support to in managing the
product portfolio (Deposits and Lending) to deliver profitable customer and
business growth for Bank of Sydney. Key responsibilities include:
* Supporting the design, development and management of banking
products to improve business, customer, brand and staff objectives.
* Reviewing market, consumer and competitor performance,
insights, trends within the financial industry
* Conducting market research, competitor analysis and review
customer feedback to support identification of opportunities for new products
development and/or enhancements
* Liaising with key stakeholders to support the development,
design, launch and optimisation of product and pricing changes to deliver key
objectives.
* Supporting optimisation of the customer and staff experience
for banking products relating (but not limited to): to branch and operational
product processes, customer facing digital systems (website and online banking
platforms), etc.
* Preparing business reports, insights and analysis to support
management reporting and decisions and drive portfolio performance.
* Supporting the preparation of Risk Assessment for new and
existing products.
* Reviewing and updating Fees and Charges, PDS, TMD and
procedures as required relating to products.
About You
We are seeking someone who has the following qualifications,
skills and experience:
* Tertiary qualifications preferred
* Minimum 1-2 years general banking experience and
understanding of product and processes
* High level computer skills and proficient in Microsoft
Office
* Excellent organisational and time management skills, with
the ability to meet targets & deadlines
* Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
