About the Role TSA Riley's Transaction Management team has leading roles on some of Australia's highest profile and most complex civil and social infrastructure projects. We are looking for professionals to join our team to work on major transport, renewables, water and property projects. Transaction Management is one of the core capabilities within our Advisory service line, which also includes Business Case and Economics, Construction Assurance, Systems Advisory & Communications & Stakeholder Engagement, amongst many others.
As a Senior Consultant in our Transaction Management team, you will play a key role in supporting the planning, structuring and delivery of major infrastructure transactions.
Working alongside experienced advisors, you will contribute to the development of transaction strategies, commercial frameworks and procurement documentation that enable successful project outcomes for government and private sector clients.
Responsibilities
Support the end-to-end transaction process, including preparation of EOI, RFP and contract documentation.
Assist in developing commercial structures, procurement strategies and delivery models.
Analyse commercial, financial and risk information to inform the development of commercial and evaluation strategies.
Coordinate inputs from multidisciplinary teams to produce high-quality client deliverables.
Manage workstreams within larger advisory engagements, ensuring timelines, quality and stakeholder expectations are met.
Contribute to client presentations, evaluation processes and negotiations.
Support the development of internal methodologies, templates and best-practice guidance.

About You You are a motivated and analytical professional with proven experience in infrastructure advisory, commercial, procurement or project delivery environments. You thrive in complex, fast-paced project settings and are comfortable collaborating across disciplines.
Qualifications
3-6+ years' experience in infrastructure consulting, commercial advisory and/or procurement.
A solid understanding of contract models and procurement processes in civil and social infrastructure (e.g., D&C;, PPP, Alliance, Managing Contractor, ECI) and the commercial considerations that underpin them.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret commercial, financial and risk information.
Excellent communication skills, with an ability to translate complex issues into clear, client-ready outputs.
Strong organisational capability and attention to detail, with confidence managing small workstreams.
