Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality security services in accordance with established policies and procedures.
* Perform functional duties in compliance with set standard operating protocols.
* Collaborate with the Security Performance Manager, Ramp Supervisor, and Security personnel to implement and maintain operational policies, processes, and procedures.
Operate in alignment with:
* Site-specific procedures and processes,
* Security Instructions and Standing Orders,
* Award-winning values and Behavioural Competency Framework,
* Compliance with regulatory requirements,
* Maintain dress standards as per Divisional Standing Order,
E nsure adherence to health and safety policies and procedures.
Qualification
* Senior First Aid Certification
* National Security Industry Licence 1A
* Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC)
Essential skills include security operations, radio/telephone communications, effective team dynamics, problem-solving/critical thinking, and conflict management resolution.
