What you'll be doing: Delivering customer service that's second to none. Driving sales and profitability to exceed store targets. Coaching, training, and developing your Best team. Showcasing your creativity through strong VM and store presentation. Managing stock levels, shrinkage, and day-to-day operations. This role is active and hands-on, with Besties spending most of their shift on their feet, assisting customers, restocking shelves, and keeping the store looking its best.
