We are seeking Personal Care Workers (previously known as Nursing Assistants) to join our team on a Casual or Part-Time Basis.
Various shifts are available, providing flexibility to suit your schedule.
You will be based at our Tarragal, located at 107 Karalta Road Erina NSW 2250.
Tarragal House is seeking enthusiastic and compassionate Personal Care Workers who demonstrate a positive attitude and a genuine passion for supporting the elderly. Daily Duties:
* Provide quality care according to the current Resident Care Plan to meet the individuals needs and enhance quality of life.
* Assist with personal care including showering, grooming, dressing and toileting.
* Support residents with mobility, transfers and daily living activities.
* Assist with meals, hydration and nutritional support.
* Accurately document care provided and report any changes in condition.
* Communicate effectively with Registered Nurses and the broader clinical team.
* Promote a positive and inclusive environment for residents and families.
Desired Skills and Experience:
* At least 1 year experience as a personal care worker (desirable).
* Have Certificate III or Certificate IV in Nursing (desirable).
* Demonstrates excellence in customer service and care.
* Has an interest in working with the elderly.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
* A reliable, compassionate and professional approach.
