The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join our finance team. This role is suited to someone with strong attention to detail who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment supporting project teams and suppliers.
Your key role responsibilities would be:
* End-to-end Accounts Payable processing
* Matching invoices to purchase orders, commitments and supporting documentation
* Investigating discrepancies and resolving supplier queries
* Processing supplier credits and payment runs
* Reconciling supplier statements and maintaining accurate accounts
* Supporting month-end processes including AP accruals
* Working closely with Project Administrators, Site teams and Finance to ensure invoices are processed accurately and on time
Here's what we are looking for...
* Minimum 2–3 years Accounts Payable experience
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to manage high-volume invoice environments
* Experience in civil construction or project-based industries highly regarded
* Experience with ERP systems (Jobpac experience advantageous but not essential)
