**Position**: Production Team Member

**Employment Type**: Casual (up to 30 hours per week, 4-5 days per week, with potential for additional hours)

**Position Overview**: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Production Team Member to join our manufacturing team. This casual role offers up to 30 hours per week across 4 to 5 days, with the possibility of additional hours based on production needs. As a key member of our team, you will assist in various aspects of the puzzle manufacturing process, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist our Production Manager in the assembly, printing, pressing and packaging of puzzles
- Assist with the picking and sending out of orders, both retail and wholesale
- Operate and maintain production machinery
- Conduct quality checks on finished products
- Assist with customer service if required
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines
- Must be reliable and honest
**Qualifications**:
- No prior experience required; on-the-job training will be provided
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
- Be physically fit and capable to complete manual tasks - the role will sometimes involve manual lifting, bending, squatting, and kneeling but also long periods of standing
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills
- Reliable and punctual
- An interest in printing processes an added bonus
