Do you love helping people live well in their own homes? We're looking for experienced, caring Cert III Aged Care Support Workers to join our friendly team supporting older Australians in the Hervey Bay community and surrounds.
This contract role is all about making a real difference — supporting our clients to remain independent, safe, and connected while continuing to enjoy life at home.

What You'll Be Doing
No two days are the same, but your role will include:
* Supporting clients with daily living activities such as personal care, meal preparation, and light household tasks
* Providing companionship, conversation, and social connection (sometimes the best care is simply being there)
* Keeping an eye on clients' health and wellbeing, and reporting any changes to the care team
* Following care plans, policies, and safety guidelines to ensure high-quality, respectful care
* Working alongside a supportive care team to achieve client-centred outcomes

What We're Looking For
You'll be a great fit if you:
* Hold a Certificate III in Aged Care or Disability Support (and have experience to match)
* Have a minimum of 6 months experience in aged care or disability support
* Are kind, patient, compassionate, and genuinely enjoy supporting older people
* Communicate easily and build trusting relationships with clients and families
* Are flexible with availability, including weekends and public holidays
* Hold a current driver's licence and have access to reliable transport
* Are an Australian citizen
* Can provide a current police check
