Summary
A dynamic and motivated individual is required to lead logistics operations, coordinate staff, and oversee event logistics for multiple events simultaneously.
Responsibilities:
* Coordinate daily dispatch operations, ensuring timely deliveries
* Manage and schedule staff to match the team's skillset to each project
* Roster and schedule staff for various projects
* Manage fleet operations, including truck bookings, freight planning, and maintenance
* Oversee logistics for multiple events and exhibitions
* Handle inventory management and logistics coordination
* Support event setup and breakdown activities
* Interact with stakeholders, suppliers, and customers
* Quickly adapt to changing circumstances and make swift decisions
* Manage purchase orders and administrative tasks
* Provide support to the Operations Office
* Collaborate with project managers to ensure seamless execution of events
* Develop and implement systems to promote continuous improvement
Requirements:
