In this pivotal role, you'll guide and mentor a team of dedicated carers, helping them deliver safe, consistent, high‐quality home care to customers across the Busselton, Bunbury and Peel region. If you enjoy balancing hands‐on leadership with problem‐solving, collaboration, and continuous improvement, this is your chance to create meaningful impact—every single day.
Your hours of work will be Monday to Friday working between 8am to 5pm - rotating start between 8am to 4pm and 8am to 5pm. You will be working with 2 other Care Team leaders and supported by an experienced and supportive Manager.
