Key Responsibilities
* Community Engagement: Develop and deliver a comprehensive local community engagement plan, focusing on building trust and reputation within the community.
* Collaboration: Develop and nurture strong connections with local government officials, businesses, and diverse community groups.
* Brand Advocacy: Represent Optus in community and industry forums, media relations, and during times of crisis or natural disasters.
* Event Management: Coordinate and implement community events, sponsorships, and activations that align with our key brand pillars.
* Financial Management: Monitor and manage the budget for local activities, ensuring efficient and effective spending.
Qualifications and Skills
* Proven Leadership: Demonstrated experience in a leadership role with a focus on community engagement.
* Outstanding Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse collaborators.
* Planning: Ability to develop and implement plans to drive growth in trust and reputation.
