Well known Government Department looking for an experienced Trainer to develop and facilitate training across Regional QLD. Ideally you will have experience as a Trainer within Government or professional services.
**Responsibilities**
- Work with Procurement Capability staff to review and update existing training materials for delivery primarily to school-based staff.
- Development of a statewide training itinerary.
- Delivery of the Purchasing Awareness training package both face-to-face and online/web conference.
**Selection criteria**
- Minimum 3 years L&D experience
- Government experience preferred otherwise professional services.
- Thinks critically and acts on the broader purpose of the system
- Demonstrate strong skills, knowledge and expertise in training design, delivery, and evaluation
- Pursues opportunities for growth through agile learning, and development of self-awareness
