Are you a highly organized individual with excellent customer service skills looking to make a difference in the lives of others? We are seeking an Administration Assistant to join our team.


Job Description

We are part of a large organization that has been supporting thousands of people for 25 years. Our new Administration Assistant will be based in our Maryborough office and will be responsible for coordinating and performing day-to-day administration tasks.

The successful candidate will utilize their superb organizational skills and excellent customer service skills to provide high-quality support to our support service team. They will work in a busy environment, meeting and greeting clients, making phone calls, and responding to emails.

In addition to these responsibilities, they will perform general administrative functions such as filing and records management. They will also provide admin support to our local team and assist with petty cash corporate card reconciliations.


Key Responsibilities:

* Meet and greet clients
* General administration functions
* Providing admin support to the local team
* Petty cash corporate card reconciliations


Requirements:

* Experience in a similar role
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* A calm and well-organized approach to work
* Accuracy and attention to detail
* Strong computer skills
* Competency with database systems and financial management systems (desired)
* Blue card and NDIS Worker Screening (we can assist)
