We are seeking an experienced Change Manager to lead transformative initiatives on a fixed‐term contract of 12 months in Parramatta.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the Co‐Pilot rollout, ensuring smooth adoption across teams
* Develop and implement comprehensive change management plans and training programs
* Conduct Change Assessments to identify risks and mitigation strategies
* Manage all Change Communications to keep stakeholders informed and engaged
Qualifications and Experience
* Proven experience in change management, preferably within higher education or university settings (desirable)
* Demonstrated expertise in AI and Co‐Pilot technology implementations is essential
* Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and training skills
* Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‐paced environment
