We are looking for an energetic, person to join our team in the role of Office Manager/Bookkeeper. This role is a permanent positionwith an immediate start.
Salary to be negotiated based on qualifications and experience. For the right person, we offer flexible days/hours.
Responsibilities and duties of the position will include, but are not limited to:
* Assisting with general office management of solicitors/admin staff
* BAS, Payroll (including Wages processing, Superannuation lodgement & Payroll Tax Returns), End of Month Accounts, Bank recs, and general Bookkeeping general office Administration.
* Liaising with the external company Accountants
* Support staff within accounts and administration
* Invoicing and data entry – Xero software
Skills & attributes:
* Ideally hold relevant Bookkeeping or accounts qualifications
* Have excellent communication skills (Written and verbal)
* Work with a diverse range of duties within accounts and admin
* Strong computer literacy including Excel, Word, and Outlook and ability to learn new systems.
* Strong knowledge of Xero software is essential
