The company promotes a collaborative and supportive work environment, offering exposure to leading technologies and excellent career development opportunities.Your new roleIn this challenging and rewarding position, you will be responsible for:Providing 3rd level IT support for clients.Supporting a broad range of clients to resolve high level IT issues escalated within the Service Desk.Performing technical support of servers, network and hardware.Assisting with the delivery of infrastructure projects.Delivering a high level of customer service and communication.Handling escalations, whilst mentoring and training Level 1 & Level 2 Engineers.What you'll need to succeedTo be successful in this role, you will have:Demonstrated experience of providing level 3 IT support.Sound knowledge of Active Directory, Windows Server, Office 365, Microsoft Exchange, VMware / Hyper-V, Backup technologies and Network troubleshooting.Highly developed troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Experience working in a Managed Service Provider or Consultancy is highly regarded.A tertiary education in Information Technology as well as Microsoft, Azure, VMware, HP, WatchGuard, Check Point and ITIL certifications are beneficial.A current driver's license and vehicle.What you'll get in returnWorking in an organisation where they develop and grow careers, you will be offered a great salary package, working with a supportive and collaborative team.
