This is an exciting, hands‑on role for someone who enjoys variety and thrives in a fast‑paced, team-oriented environment. You’ll play a key part in our day‑to‑day operations, supporting finance, procurement, and general office administration, while learning new skills and growing alongside the business.

Responsibilities

- Manage accounts payable and receivable
- Assist with bank reconciliations and month‑end reporting
- Support purchasing and supplier coordination, including order tracking and stock management
- Keep the office running smoothly, from ordering supplies to coordinating deliveries
- Maintain accurate financial and administrative records
- Help streamline internal processes as we grow
- Contribute to team projects and bring a positive, solutions‑focused mindset
