To provide after-hours support for residents of the Residential Bridge Program
To support a team of case workers by ensuring residents comply with policy and procedures of the program after hours
• To assess client issues, needs and circumstances and report these to the AOD Specialist team.

The Bridge Program provides a holistic stepped care approach to treatment and offers clients choice of residential rehabilitation, day programs and outreach services.
We currently have an opportunity for a values driven and motivated Casual After Hours Night Supervisor to provide after-hours support for residents of the Residential Bridge Program.
You will successfully
* Support a team of case workers by ensuring residents comply with policy and procedures of the program after hours
* Assess client issues, needs and circumstances and report these to the AOD Specialist team
This is a casual position reporting to the Shift Co-ordinator. The role is based at the Northwest Tasmania Bridge Program, Ulverstone. The facility operates 24/7 therefore evening and overnight shifts will be required of this position.
You will have
* Certificate III level qualification in relevant field e.g. Community Services or related field and relevant experience is desirable
* An understanding of the impacts of addiction upon individuals, couples, families and wider communities
* A current and valid First Aid Certificate
* A current Tasmanian Drivers licence
* Willingness to undergo a criminal history check
* A Working with Vulnerable People card
