About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Sales Director to lead and grow our commercial operations across the Australian market. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for market expansion, key account development, and building a high‑performance sales organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead sales strategy, target planning, and execution for the Australian market
- Build and manage the regional sales team to achieve revenue and growth targets
- Develop solid customer relationships and drive strategic partnerships
- Monitor market trends, industry dynamics, and competition
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and supply chain teams to deliver customized client solutions
- Provide regular business and market intelligence reports to management
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or related field
- 8+ years in B2B sales with a minimum of 3 years in leadership roles
- Strong experience in the Australian market; regional market‑building experience preferred
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Analytical with strong business acumen and strategic mindset
- CRM/ERP proficiency and data‑driven approach
