About the role:
As a Warranty Clerk, you'll play a key role in ensuring smooth and accurate warranty processes, including:
* Managing warranty claims to recover repair time efficiently.
* Ensuring compliance with manufacturer guidelines.
* Acting as the vital link between dealer and manufacturer.
* Maintaining accurate records and monthly reconciliations.
* Supporting the service and workshop managers with clear reporting.
What we are looking for:
* Experience with SAP and ERA systems (highly regarded).
* Previous dealership warranty experience (highly desirable).
* Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
* High attention to detail and accuracy.
* Australian citizenship or permanent residency.
