As a recent graduate engineer, you will have the opportunity to develop a diverse set of knowledge and skills in our dynamic Water Resources team. This role offers a unique chance to cultivate your technical expertise and contribute to innovative projects.


Key Responsibilities:

* Project Support: Assist senior engineers in planning, designing, and executing water quality and water management systems projects, preparing tenders, pre-qualifications, panel submissions.
* Data Analysis: Collect and analyze data to support team decisions and project outcomes.
* Technical Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements to ensure our engineering solutions are cutting-edge.
* Collaboration: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
* Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, reports, and drawings.
* Problem Solving: Identify and solve engineering problems to improve processes and product quality.
* Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations.


Qualifications:

* Recent graduate of a tertiary degree in civil engineering, environmental engineering, chemical engineering, or environmental science.
* Relevant work rights to live and work full-time in Australia.
* Previous student vacation/internship experience ideally in a consulting environment is highly desirable.
* Experience working within a team in retail, hospitality, or customer service industries is also highly desirable.
* Possesses a strong desire to learn and grow professionally.
* Are innovative thinkers and problem-solvers.
* Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
* Excellent rapport building skills and desire to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary environment.
