We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Asset Engineer to join our dynamic and inclusive team in Dubbo, NSW. We encourage applications from talented individuals of all backgrounds and are committed to creating a diverse and welcoming workplace.

About Your Role:

Reporting to the Senior Asset Engineer, you will play a key part in the management and maintenance of our extensive asset portfolio, ensuring all infrastructure and equipment are performing at optimal efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement asset management plans for infrastructure, machinery, and equipment.
* Conduct regular inspections and assessments to identify and address potential issues.
* Coordinate scheduled maintenance and repair activities with relevant teams.
* Analyze data and generate reports on asset performance, lifecycle, and costs.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize asset management initiatives and capital projects.
* Ensure compliance with relevant safety, quality, and environmental standards.
* Contribute to continuous improvement of asset management processes and systems.

About You:

* Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related field).
* Extensive experience in asset management or a related engineering role
* Strong knowledge of asset management principles, maintenance strategies, and lifecycle planning.
* Proficiency in using asset management software and tools.
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
* Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a diverse team
