National Sales Manager
Drive Australia-wide sales growth by leading strategy, key accounts, and omnichannel execution. You'll shape forecasts, negotiate with major retailers, expand into new channels, and inspire a high-performing sales team.
What You'll Do:
* Lead national sales strategy across retail and eCommerce.
* Analyse markets to spot opportunities and drive growth.
* Negotiate trading terms, activation's, and promotions with major accounts, such as Amazon, Kmart, Big W and Target.
* Manage inventory, orders, and stock flow across all channels.
* Coach and motivate your team to exceed KPIs.
* Represent the brand at trade shows and key events.
* National and international travel required.
You Bring:
* 5+ years in senior sales or account management with top-tier retailers/distributors, with a background in toys and related products.
* Proven track record of achieving sales targets and P&L outcomes.
* Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
* Experience leading high-performing teams in omnichannel environments.
* Commercial mindset with a talent for spotting new opportunities.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across diverse stakeholders.
* Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
* Being hands on and use to a fast pace.
