We are looking for someone to invest in, upskilling them to be a team leader.
To be successful, you'll need to:
Master the fundamentals: Properly pack boxes, complete paperwork accurately, load trucks to prevent damage, and follow established procedures.
Demonstrate professionalism: Maintain a tidy appearance, show respect to others, consistently wear the uniform, and be punctual - while also demonstrating a strong desire to learn and grow.
Driver responsibilities: Operate the truck, lead a team, communicate effectively with clients, and resolve any issues that arise.
Key Requirements
* MR licence (required) and safe driving record
* Physically fit – comfortable with lifting, walking, and moving large items
* Reliable, motivated, professional, and a true team player with great customer focus
* Flexible with hours, including occasional nights and weekends
