This opportunity is with Rawnsley Park Station, a local award winning eco resort which has been operating within the Flinders Ranges for over 50 years.

Bar/Kitchen Coordinator (Front of House 2IC)

Are you a passionate hospitality professional ready to lead in one of South Australia's most stunning destinations?

Rawnsley Park Station is looking for an experienced and motivated Resort Hospitality Coordinator / Front of House 2IC to assist the manager in overseeing the daily restaurant operations, deliver exceptional customer service, and help shape a dining experience that celebrates the Flinders Ranges and South Australian produce.

Further, you will:

* Assist the Manager with the day-to-day front-of-house operations at our on-site restaurant
* Ensure high standards of customer service for guests staying in the caravan park, holiday units, Eco Villas, and the wider public.
* Collaborate with the kitchen team on menus, daily specials, and events
* Handle bookings, POS systems, stock management, and supplier coordination.
* Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.

About you

This role would suit a motivated individual with experience working in a hospitality or likewise industry.

Ideally you should have:

* Proven experience in front-of-house or 2IC role
* Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Self-motivated with excellent organizational abilities.
* Comfortable with basic IT, booking systems, and POS operations.
* A team player who works well across departments.
* RSA certification (essential); First Aid certification (desirable)
