Position Summary
As a Litigation Lawyer, you will:
* Manage and support litigation cases from inception through to resolution.
* Conduct thorough legal research, draft pleadings, and develop case strategies.
* Work closely with senior lawyers to expand into general commercial and insolvency matters.
* Collaborate with a supportive multidisciplinary team to deliver outstanding client outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
* Case Management: Handle litigation files, meet deadlines, and drive matters forward efficiently.
* Legal Analysis: Analyse facts, prepare persuasive documents, and appear in court.
* Commercial & Insolvency Exposure: Contribute to growing areas of commercial law and insolvency.
* Client Interaction: Build strong client relationships with tailored, practical advice.
Requirements
* 1-3 years PAE in litigation with solid experience in research and case management.
* Genuine interest in developing skills in commercial and insolvency law.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Proactive team player who thrives in a fast-paced, supportive environment.
